This notice explains how USKA TOV handles personal information collected through the website at uska.ink. It is written to be read in one sitting. If anything below is unclear, write to the address at the end of this page and we will answer in plain language.

Who we are

What this site collects, and why

The only personal information collected through this website is the content of the contact form on the /contact page. When you press Send, the browser opens your mail client with the form contents pre-filled, addressed to office@uska.ink. We receive the email you send and use it solely to reply to your enquiry and, where it is the natural next step, to discuss the engagement you described.

The form fields are: your name, the company you are writing on behalf of, your email address, and the message text. None of these are required by law; they exist so that we can write back to you with the right context.

What this site does not do

This website is a static set of HTML pages served from a content-delivery network. It does not run analytics scripts, does not embed third-party trackers, and does not place advertising cookies. The fonts used to render the pages are bundled with the site itself, so no third-party font service sees your visit either.

How long we keep your message

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the studio mailbox for as long as the enquiry remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation is picked back up. If you would like an earlier deletion, write to the address below and we will remove the thread.

Sharing

We do not share the content of your enquiry with anyone outside USKA TOV. Where an engagement begins, we may exchange necessary correspondence with you and with production partners explicitly named in the project; that exchange is conducted under the engagement agreement, not under this notice.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information about you USKA TOV holds, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Write to office@uska.ink or to the postal address above. We reply within a reasonable period and at most one month.
